I remember riding my bike for miles and miles all over San Francisco delusional about how sick and lost I was...

I had no car.
I had no money.
I had no home.

I had completely lost faith in my path forward in life.

I'll never forget the words of one of my best friends finally hitting me hard:

"Adam, you need help. You can't beat this alone." 

 
How many times have you tried to stop and failed? Again and Again... 

I know the pain and confusion of being in cycles of harm...addicted...feeling like no matter what you've tried you are lost. 

I was lost, frustrated, living in fear, and utterly defeated.
