For over 10 years, I have been helping my clients break through the pain and obstacles that are holding them back in life.
Life is too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I will help you develop the tools and skills to move through the obstacles that are standing in the way of your growth.
My coaching is deeply inspired by my own path in recovery and empowerment. Here's more about my journey:

In 2010, I hit a spiritual and physical bottom and started my healing process to overcome obsessive compulsive disorder, bi-polar disorder, depression, and addiction.
This healing journey has been the most difficult and most important work of my life. Since becoming sober, I am motivate to live and guide others in the way of healing and transformation.
Prior to this massive rebirth, I spent over a decade in training arriving at an integral understanding of the forces constructing and coursing through human life. My practice uses tools developed from Jungian Depth Psychology, Positive Psychology, 12-Step, and Integral Theory.
I hold two masters degrees in the Humanities from the California Institute of Integral Studies - M.A. in Philosophy, Cosmology, & Consciousness and a M.A. in Cultural Anthropology & Social Transformation. I hold a third degree, M.A. in Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
I am Certified Grief Recovery Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute.
I spent time living in London and South China, and I resided in San Francisco, CA for nearly a decade. In 2014, I returned to my hometown of Chattanooga, TN. Chattanooga is where my fiance and I reside today, along with our white dog and white cat.
