9 - 60 min 1on1 coaching sessions to do a depth of analysis using an integral model (biopsychosocial). This is more than therapy. This work provides accountability in each area of your life to recalibrate and empower transformation. This is for people who have no choice but to transform and they are ready to do the work to get it.
